Hello everybody. Welcome back to Ananda Nayla’s writing sessions. Today I will write about my garden. I have a garden now. It is a new garden. When we move to our new house, my Dad said, its good if we make a garden here. Then for several days after that we made our own garden during staying at home. And do you know that there is a virus, the name is corona virus. It is so dangerous when the corona virus spreads all over the world and we go somewhere. We may not go anywhere or going out. Therefore, my father then cultivated the land backyard. He bought some seeds and trees, then he planted them.
My Dad works very hard. He makes the garden green and he always waters the plants. My dad really likes to plant vegetables and fruits but he does not like to plant some flowers. Now, after we have a garden, we don’t need to buy vegetables or fruits anymore. It does not cost money.
Actually making a garden is a good thing. We can save money, because we don’t go to the market to buy vegetables or fruits. We can just get them in our own garden. I asked my Dad why we don’t plant some flowers, but he said no. We just need to plant some plants that we can get something with it. That’s what my Dad always says.
Now, there are a lot of plants in our garden, such as spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, papaya, cassava, orange, jambu, mango, guava, coconut, corn, kangkung, kelor leaf, belimbing, star fruit, jack fruit, chilly, rambutan, sawo, kelengkeng and some others.
By making a garden, we can get money in the future. You know how? First we get our plants and then we make a mini shop and then we sell them. The second one is you have to make food from fruits or vegetables and then you sell them. You can also get it for yourself. Third, We can be healthy eating a lot of vegetables and fruits. Eating healthy food like vegetables and fruits can make our body strong.
